"Some children are born into this world without paved roads to roll on, only those fraught with dangerous curves and mental guesswork's of what lies over blind hill. They egress into unforgiving light of life yet opening eyes wide to take on challenges meant for the strong willed.
We're all deserving of a better life regardless of unintentional purpose. The evils of life comes at with dark clouds only to be won over by sheer willfulness or simple ignorance of what lies in wait.
Life gives dwellings when you survive the fail. The fall precludes the mind even if ones own doorway creaks open the dark slighting glimmers of hope. The uninhibited prowl through life among the restless shadows which become hope for coming to the finish."
I met Joe Wright in 1985 after we moved to Seguin. He needed a stripe job on a car he had painted so he called me, I did the stripes and we've been friends ever since. What a trip it has been!
Joes like toys. Joe never grew up. Go Joey!
Joe is indeed a survivor of life and business. I've seen him go up and down in life and business about as much as a vessel in a north sea storm. He has endured untold hardships (caused a few hisself) been through mayhem, caused mayhem, started, survived, crashed and succeeded in the collision business more than twice. Heck, he even tried that backstabbin' music promotion thang that...well, never mind.
Joe has made friends and like most of us, made one or two enemies. What person in business hasn't bent the rules or bent a few customers? That's part of growing up in business and Joe has seen his share. Surviving the crap builds character and man let me tell you this...you really should meet this guy...you will never forget him!!
He's survived a marriage, raised two wonderful and talented daughters and has even come very close to being hung by yours truly more than once. But since he is a real gearhead I look at Joey like the brother you love to hate. Cannot help but like the guy.
His business is called Town and Country Collision Repair. It is located in Seguin Texas. Joe started that biz by the same name way back in the 1990's and was sold a few times with name changes and now has come full circle. Back in Joes hands.
Don't worry, the shop is good hands. I know because I regularly visit with Joe and sorta keep him grounded. He is doing the best he can and you gotta give a guy like him that has been down way below the surface only to rise like a Phoenix in a desert sand storm a show of faith.
His shop and office is very nice and welcoming. The outside is clean and secure as Joe has this affinity for keeping everything out of harms way.
The shops are equipped to do any type of collision repair, all in house. I've seen some vehicles with damage that looked like they are ready to be used for scrap metal come back to life good as new. If your ride has been tweaked by an unfortunate doohickie, Joe and his crew can make it righteous.
Joe has a fine group of guys working in the shop. Thank goodness because the way that his mind works, I doubt it would get done without his professional group. "Leaven 'em alone Joe, they gots ta git dat work done!"
I've earned a good friendship with Joe's painter and all around good guy Andy. Andy does all the painting, prepping and other duties round the place and for a young guy he does some damn good work. I even had him do some repairs on one of my rides and it came out extra nice.
His body men have lots of experience to make sure the job is done to the clients' satisfaction. Paint and body work is hard work! I know, I've been doing it since I was kid. My first real job was at a body shop, if only for a few months. I painted my first car there and brother let me tell you; it is tough getting it right.
So when looking for shop to fix your pride and joy, give Town and Country Collision Repair a chance to prove they can get it done.
